Description

Was using CertUtils to generate some materials to configure SSL RPC. Found a couple of things that would be nice to have working

1. Same password is used for generated keystores and the root keystore
2. generate-local and generate-self-trusted commands to main() don't respect command line passwords
3. Can't provide password for truststore
