Description

When running on Hadoop2, some extra log messages get dumped to the stats.out file in talking to the ResourceManager:

2014-02-24 14:23:19,546 [client.RMProxy] INFO : Connecting to ResourceManager at host.domain.com/192.168.1.1:8030
2014-02-24 14:23:19,574 [mapred.ResourceMgrDelegate] WARN : getBlacklistedTrackers - Not implemented yet

We should either update log4j to avoid those messages or make the TimeBinner class smart enough to ignore lines it doesn't know how to parse.
