    Description

      In order to implement ACCUMULO-1266, using compaction strategies introduced in ACCUMULO-1451 seems to be the way to go. However its not enough, the compaction strategy will need statistics from scans inorder to make decisions. Need to come up with a design for infrastructure to collect and pass this information.
