    Description

      The RPM settings currently install Accumulo in /opt. It is disruptive and confusing to cluster operations to store application libraries, logs, and configuration in this way.

      We should update the build system to store accumulo in /usr/lib/accumulo and create symlinks pointing the /etc/accumulo and /var/log/accumulo directories to the logically correct place on disk.
