possible patch

When configuring and building mod_jk for Apache 2 outside of source directory attached patch is needed.

I've committed the patch plus a similar one to the two Makefile.apxs files in r1629768. Will be part of the next version 1.2.41.

Note that I have patched the revision controlled Makefile.in files, not the configure generated Makefiles. If you like I can create a snapshot source tarball for you to retest the out of source tree build.
