Cell references from the conditional formating aren’t at the same place after saving.

If a conditional formatting formula contains a cell reference, the reference points to an different cell after saving the excel file with poi.

Look at the attached excel file: After saving the file with poi the conditional formatting from cells B4 and C5 changed from =B3=1 and =C3=1 to =A65536=1
