Setting the last-line-end-indent property to a negative value is treated the
same as setting it to 0, but the FO spec clearly states it should produce an
outdent.

Can you please provide a testfile (FO, not XSLT) that demonstrates this? We have
a test case that tests using negative values and that looks fine. Maybe it's
some strange combination that doesn't work.

I have been unable to reproduce the bug, so I will close it. I suspect I
misunderstood what I was seeing previously.
