The source-repository.html distributed with log4j 1.2.15 and extras 1.0 and currently online mangled the 
Web Access division of the source-repository.html page.  The pom contains an Ant task to undo the tag 
names used when the documentation is generated as part of a release build and the pattern ended at the 
next whitespace.  In the web access section, it was terminated by a quote and a less than sign, so the 
pattern consumed part of the content thinking it was part of the tag name.
