DefaultLinkProvider uses a "base object" to resolve the message bundle for its
messages. This causes problems when
org.apache.batik.bridge.SVGImageElementBridge is subclassed. Please see Apache
FOP bug 41440 for details:

I don't think that duplicating the resource bundle in FOP is the right solution.
Any idea how best to solve this?
