Before the pagebreak the header of the second column has two lines, after the
pagebreak it also has the same hight but the text of the second line is not visible.
The behaviour can easily be avoided by increasing the width of the cell but i
think it should work (or not work) equal on both pages.

I'll look at this as my current work batch is done. It looks like everything is
fine until the call to AreaAdditionUtils in the TableCellLM's addAreas() method.
The loop ends prematurely after the first iteration.
