[Kupu.  Other editors?]
ISSUE: Control over TABLEs needs improvement.  Setting BORDER="0" required
editing source, and users cannot be expected to know HTML.  "Table class" does
not seem to do anything. (Was I supposed to read a manual?)

SOLUTION: Allow users to edit borders, cellspacing, cellpadding, background
color...  Assume users do not understand classes, and want to adjust THIS table
without changing all pages (so remove "Table class").  Save as CSS on this page.
 (Table/Cell Editor opens by clicking on cell already implemented.)

Kupu will not be supported in future versions.
