Vertical text in referenced SVG graphic is badly distorted, runs diagonally 
instead of vertical, and is greatly enlarged. 

The URL to a PDF showing the distorted text is:

You can see the problem on PDF page 10 and PDF page 53. 

Original SVG graphics, XML, and XSL (DocBook customization layer, you will 
still need the DocBook distribution XSL) used to produce the PDF document is 
downloadable from:
 http://www.getnet.net/~swhitlat/DocBook/XSL_DocBook_XML_example.tar.gz

The error is reproducable every time.

This is not reproduced with FOP 0.94 + Reader 8, but SVG standalone gives bad
results with SVG viewer

batch transition to closed remaining pre-FOP1.0 resolved bugs
