The Part class, at https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/servletapi/javax/servlet/http/Part.html lacks any documentation of its methods.

As do many other features introduced in Servlet 3.0. As an alternative you can use the J2EE Javadoc from Oracle.

Fixed in trunk and 7.0.x and will be included in 7.0.38 onwards.
